Is this just a regular clean with a different name?
No. Move-in cleans are significantly more thorough than standard maintenance cleans. We open every cabinet, disinfect every high-touch surface, and clean areas most services skip — inside the fridge, oven, range hood, all closets, vents, and baseboards.
Can you work around my move-in schedule?
Absolutely. We coordinate with your closing timeline, realtor, and moving crew. Morning clean, afternoon move-in is the most popular setup.
What about new construction cleaning?
New builds have construction dust in every crevice. We handle post-construction cleans too — same thoroughness, extra focus on fine dust removal from cabinets, vents, and window tracks.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes — refrigerator, oven, dishwasher interior, washer/dryer surfaces, and microwave. Everything sanitized before you store your food.
How long does a move-in clean take?
A typical 2-bedroom takes 3-4 hours. Larger homes run 5-7 hours. We're thorough because you deserve to unpack into clean.
What about move-out cleaning?
Same service, focused on getting your deposit back. Includes wall marks, heavier scrubbing, and landlord-ready photo documentation.
