How fast can you turn over my Airbnb?

Standard turnovers complete in 2–3 hours depending on bedroom count. We schedule based on your checkout time and guarantee completion before your next guest's check-in. Same-day turnovers with as little as 3 hours between guests.

How do you handle linens?

We offer a linen wash-and-fold add-on ($25). We strip all beds, wash and dry linens on-site or at our facility, and make beds fresh for the next guest. Alternatively, we can swap with your backup linen sets if provided.

How does lockbox or smart-lock access work?

We work with all access methods: lockboxes, smart locks (August, Yale, Schlage), keypads, and garage codes. You provide access details once during onboarding, and your assigned cleaner uses them for every turnover. Codes are stored securely and never shared.

What if checkout is late — do you charge extra?

No penalty for late checkouts up to 1 hour. If your guest checks out more than 1 hour late and it pushes into the next booking window, we may need to reschedule to a later slot. We'll text you immediately so you can message your incoming guest if needed.

How do you handle damage reporting?

Our cleaners photograph all rooms before and after cleaning. If they spot damage (broken items, stains, missing inventory), they flag it immediately with timestamped photos you can use for Airbnb resolution claims. This documentation has helped hosts recover thousands in damage deposits.

Do recurring discounts stack with multi-property pricing?
